Hi!
This is me: theFD, or il Fede.
I'm a freelance Art Director, Motion Designer and Digital Artist based in Milan, Italy.
My professional practice spans art direction, motion design and 3D imagery,
combining concept development, visual experimentation and emerging technologies to create
distinctive visual worlds.
Alongside my commercial work, I develop my artistic practice under the name Donati,
exploring the boundaries between digital imagery and physical matter, perception and
transformation.
My work moves across experimental animation, 3D and generative systems, mixed-media canvas,
and the use of AI as a tool for purely artistic and human-centred research.
I remain firmly convinced that, beyond every tool and every technological evolution,
art is the most profound expression of humanity.
There is more out there.
